Light Gauge Metal Stud Framing
Interior partitions, soffits, bulkheads, and ceiling grids framed in light gauge steel to spec. Plumb, square, ready for the next trade. One trade you don't have to bid separately.
Standard Commercial Drywall
Standard, moisture-resistant, and impact-rated board hung to match the assembly schedule on your prints. We size crews to the project and run multiple at once when scope demands it.
Taping & Finishing
Levels 1 through 5, called out per spec. Whether it's a back-of-house corridor at Level 2 or a Level 5 board room, we finish to what the prints call for.

Step by Step
Our Process
Plan Review & Bid
Send us prints and the bid documents. Our estimator, reviews the assembly schedule, the finish schedule, and any special requirements, then turns around a clean bid you can use.
Pre-Construction Coordination
Once awarded, we coordinate with your superintendent and the trades on either side of us. Material lead times, hoisting, dumpster placement, schedule of values, we sort it before we start.
Framing & Hanging
Metal stud framing where called for, board hung to the assembly schedule, openings and penetrations dealt with as we go.
Finishing
Tape, mud, and sand to the level called out in the finish schedule. Punch-list-grade work, not "we'll fix it later" work.
Final Walk & Punch
We walk the project with your super, knock out the punch list, and clean up our area before we hand it off.
