A ground-up build with a rounded sheetrock soffit at reception, fire-rated assemblies, and a Level 5 finish throughout — completed in phases with Keystone.

Keystone brought us in on a new ground-up build for Princeton Dental Center, 5,000 square feet of clinical and front-of-house space designed from the studs up. The project ran in phases from September through October 2025, with the scope shifting as different parts of the building came online for our crew.
The detail that made this project distinctive was the reception area: a rounded sheetrock soffit that curved overhead as patients walked in. Curved drywall is one of those scope items that looks simple on a rendering and tests you in the field. The board has to be scored, soaked, or kerfed to bend cleanly, the framing underneath has to be true, and the finish work has to disappear the seams so the curve reads as a single continuous surface. We took the time to get it right because it's the first thing a patient sees.
Our scope on Princeton Dental Center covered fire taping at rated assemblies, full drywall hang throughout the clinic, taping and finishing, a Level 5 skim coat throughout, and sanding for paint prep. The rounded soffit at reception required additional framing coordination and a careful finishing pass to keep the curve smooth from any angle. As with most healthcare projects, the bright clinical lighting and high-gloss paint made Level 5 the right call every surface had to read flawless.
